I've been playing and making games since the 80's, having lost many hours to the seaside arcades.

I have a great love of the Commodore 64, having cut my programming teeth via BASIC at a young age (after initial Vic-20 tinkerings!)

'Nod to the old school' is a place for me to share my work, learning C64 assembly language and putting out some games. In case you're wondering the name comes from a compilation of songs by the band Armored Saint. It nicely sums up my work here. :)
